2019 Girls Symposium in Florence to be held in February

FLORENCE, SC – The 2019 Girls Symposium will be on Saturday, February 23 at the Barnes Street Activity Center in Florence.  The City of Florence Recreation Services/Sports Tourism department sponsors the symposium.  Organizers say the event includes discussions on self-defense, self-care, and the rise of human trafficking.  The keynote speaker will be Dr. Zenobia Edwards.
