MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – The Grand Strand Humane Society asks for the public’s help to find two women accused of stealing a dog from the area shelter.
According to a Myrtle Beach Police Department report, the incident happened July 3.
The report says two women walked into the front door of the shelter, walked into the small dog/puppy adoption room and left the building with the dog. The dog was described as a brown female Chihuahua named Remy.
A post on the Grand Strand Humane Society’s Facebook page says the women were spotted in a light-colored SUV.
Anyone with information on the identity of suspects is asked

to call the Myrtle Beach Police Department.
