The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help to find two missing hikers.
Tesla Rackley, who is around 20 years old and Anthony ‘Tony’ Logan who is around 25 were last seen on Saturday afternoon around 2 p.m. in Pisgah National Forest.
Rackley and Logan were near the Laurel Creek and Squirrel Gap trailhead.
Major Frank Stout with the Henderson Co. Sheriff’s Office says they went into the woods last Wednesday for a 4 to 5 day hike.
They were last seen on Saturday at one of the trailheads.
He says that Rackley’s brother and his girlfriend were with them and were the last people to see them.
Air support from NC Highway Patrol in Salisbury is being brought in around 1 p.m.
