CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW) – A two car accident has closed Highway 501 northbound at Cultra Road near the Conway Walmart.
Conway Fire reports the crash sent three people to Grand Strand Regional Medical Center for injuries, although the extent of those injuries are unknown at this time.
The wreck occurred around 3:30 Wednesday afternoon. Drivers in the area should expect delays as crews work to clear the scene.
