The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office says that an 11-year-old caught a registered sex offender peeping through her window as she was getting dressed.
The incident happened around 10:30 on Meadow Lane.
Deputies say the girl was getting dressed and saw Raymond Parenteau outside her window, the girl’s brother then saw the man with his hands in his pants, according to deputies.
Parenteau was intoxicated, according to deputies and charged with Public Drunk and Peeping Tom.
Parenteau was arrested for the same charge two times, as well as failing to register as a sex offender.
