MARION COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) – One person is dead after a deadly crash in Marion County Thursday night.
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the wreck happened around 9:45 p.m. in front of Larrimore Deer Processing in Gresham. The Marion Fire Department adds that three cars were involved in a head-on collision.
Traffic was backed up about four miles due to the crash.
According to the Marion County Deputy Coroner Earl Floyd, four people were airlifted to the hospital from the crash. The identify of the victim killed in the wreck hasn’t been released, but Floyd confirms it is a male victim.
