NEW ORLEANS, LA – Two men were arrested after an early-morning shooting in the French Quarter of New Orleans that killed one man and injured nine other people.
One of those men arrested was among the wounded.
Police Superintendent Michael Harrison said the shooting victims ages ranged from 20 to 37 and included two females and eight males.
One male victim died at a hospital. The shooting happened in the popular Bourbon Street area of the French Quarter. The area was crowded because of the Thanksgiving holiday and the Bayou Classic football game at the Superdome.
