HORRY CO, SC (WBTW) – A crash on US 17 Bypass at Palmetto Pointe in Horry County has backed up traffic heading south.
A collision with injuries happened at about 9:08 on Friday, according to the highway patrol website. Multiple vehicles are involved.
Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area.
