HARTSVILLE, SC (WBTW) – Police say they found a missing man they say wandered off from an adult care facility.
Robert Wayne Gandy was last seen on the corner of Home Avenue and Patrick Highway in Hartsville, Lieutenant Blair with the Hartsville Police Department said.
Officials tell News13 that he was found in Darlington and will be returned to the facility after being checked out.
