CAROLINA FOREST, SC (WBTW) – A lightning strike causes a house fire early Saturday morning in the Carolina Forest area.
According to Horry County Fire Rescue, the fire happened at 2064 Summer Rose Lane just after 7 a.m. The fire was listed as a second alarm fire. No one was injured but the home sustained heavy damage.
Myrtle Beach Fire Department assisted in responding to this fire.
