SOCASTEE, SC (WBTW) – Officials with Horry County say the Bay Road project, aimed at drainage and safety improvements, is moving steadily towards completion.
Officials say the county’s contractor will be on the road in the next few weeks to complete grass shoulder widening, asphalt milling and final road resurfacing work.
