MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – All lanes of Highway 17 Bypass near the Coastal Grand Mall have reopened following a vehicle fire that led to lane closures Friday afternoon.
Officials asked drivers to avoid the area for their safety as well as for the safety of fire rescue crews.
Myrtle Beach Fire crews worked on a vehicle fire at Pine Island Road on Hwy 17.
The fire is out at this time and traffic is flowing normally as of Friday evening.
