FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) – Police say a Florence man was using his cellphone to take photographs up women’s skirts at the Hobby Lobby.
Joshua Scott Jr was charged with two counts of voyeurism, second or subsequent offense on Monday by the Florence Police Department.
The charges stem from an incident at the Hobby Lobby on David H. McLeod Boulevard and another at the TJ Maxx on West Palmetto Street on May 10.
During these incidents, police say Scott used a cell phone to photograph under these victims’ skirts.
Scott was transported to the Florence County Detention Center.
