A Horry County employee has been charged with DUI.
Tony Casey with Horry County Fire Rescue identified the employee as Zoey Noelani Regan.
In an incident report from South Carolina Highway Patrol, Regan was pulled over in the early morning of May 24. Officers conducted multiple field sobriety tests after which the Trooper placed Regan under arrest.
She is charged with Driving Under the Influence, and had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.11%, above the legal limit of 0.08%.
