Police are investigating a reported rape and kidnapping from a gas station parking lot on Mr. Joe White Avenue.
A 30-year-old woman told police she was abducted by two men at about around 1 a.m. on Tuesday in the parking lot of the Speedway gas station at the 1800 block of Mr. Joe White Avenue.
While she was walking to her car, two men approached her and started “feeling up on her,” according to the report. She then was blindfolded, and her hands were bound together, she told the police.
The two men shoved her into her own car and drove to an unknown location, where she was raped by one of the two men, police reported.
Police interviewed the victim at the Conway Medical Center in the emergency room.
The incident remains under investigation.
