CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – A Conway woman has been charged with abuse or neglect with great bodily injury involving a vulnerable adult.
An incident report accuses Kelly Ross, 34, of the crime. The report says the victim was found lying on a bathroom floor with visible injuries.
The report also indicates the victim was unresponsive.
