A ribbon cutting was held on Thursday for McLeod’s newly expanded on-site health center in Florence.
It’s held at the county complex, and uses the McLeod On-site Health Services Program.
“Bring them into this clinic environment, take them away from their jobs maybe 10 or 15 minutes, return them to their job, and still be here if they need you, or I can even go out, and will go out, and see how they’re doing,” said On-site Nurse Practitioner Amanda Coleburn.
The clinic will serve Florence County employees.
