DARLINGTON, SC (WBTW) – On Monday, Darlington County Sheriff Wayne Byrd released that an arrest was made in a sexual assault incident that happened in August.
On Aug. 5, the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office was made aware of a sexual assault involving a minor child under the age of 16 that happened on Harry Byrd Highway.
The release says that through the course of the investigation, officials arrested Michael Gregory Lallier, 63, of Fayetteville and charged him with criminal sexual conduct with a minor in the third degree.
