HARTSVILLE, SC (WBTW) – Hartsville Police officers arrested several people and seized more than a dozen firearms during a traffic stop.

According to a press release, an officer was checking the area of Washington Street Monday night after hearing gunshots, when a vehicle came by him driving erratically.

The officer stopped the vehicle and one person fled. When backup arrived, the three people in the car were detained and several guns were found inside.

The occupant of the car who ran from the scene was found a few streets over by a sheriff’s deputy, the release stated

A total of 14 firearms were seized at the scene.

Sharina Jackson of Hartsville – unlawful carrying of a handgun, failure to stop for blue lights, reckless driving, operating vehicle not registered.

Calvieon Mason of Hartsville – simple possession of marijuana, unlawful carrying of a weapon, Outstanding warrants from DCSO, attempted murder (2), criminal conspiracy (2), discharging firearms into a dwelling (2), possession of a weapon during a violent crime (2).

Myra Bishop of Hartsville – Unlawful Carrying of a Handgun, Outstanding warrants from DCSO, failure to appear

Quashawn Woodham – Unlawful Carrying of a Handgun, resisting arrest, Outstanding warrants from DCSO, attempted murder (2), criminal conspiracy (2), discharging firearms into a dwelling (2), possession of a weapon during a violent crime (2).
