NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – A North Myrtle Beach man has been sentenced to 10 years for a heroin charge.
Dashon Cortez Grate, 28, pleaded guilty to “first-offense possession with intent to distribute heroin” before a circuit court judge on March 14, according to a press release from the 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office. Grate was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
“This case was brought in thanks to a comprehensive investigation by the North Myrtle Beach Department of Public Safety,” said George Henry Martin, III, the assistant solicitor who prosecuted the case for solicitor’s office. “We appreciate North Myrtle Beach Department of Public Safety and its respective officers for bringing this defendant to justice.”
