GEORGETOWN, SC – The 49th annual meeting of the Low Country Warbirds will be held Wednesday, December 7th at The Fish House Restaurant at Litchfield. All former and present day military aviators are welcome to attend.
“We’re looking for Korean, Viet Nam, Gulf War, and active duty military aviators to attend” said former Huey chopper pilot Wyndell Peacock. “Each year we reach out to former combat aviators to join our group to celebrate and to remember all who have contributed to the defense of our country”.
The social hour begins at 11:30 AM followed by lunch and presentation. The cost is $30 which includes lunch, tax, gratuity and raffle ticket.
Steve Peper, a Marine CH 46 and Cobra chopper pilot, will be the guest speaker.
