FLORENCE, SC – Virginia College in Florence will host a “Holiday Fest with Santa” event for the community on Saturday, Dec. 3 from 9 a.m. to noon. The event includes pictures with Santa, making holiday cards for Operation Gratitude, decorating Christmas ornaments, hot chocolate, crafts, a door decorating contest and an ugly holiday sweater contest. Additionally, attendees can learn more about Virginia College and its programs through campus tours, information sessions with admissions and student finance representatives and a small health fair hosted by Virginia College programs, featuring blood pressure checks and glucose checks. The event is part of Virginia College parent company Education Corporation of America’s “Holiday Fest with Santa” events being held at 69 Brightwood College, Brightwood Career Institute, Ecotech Institute, Golf Academy and Virginia College locations throughout 19 states.
