HARTSVILLE, SC (WBTW) – Hartsville police say they have charged one man with attempted murder in a shooting incident that took place in March of 2015.
Jamandi Duquan Taylor of Hartsville was arrested Tuesday and charged with attempted murder, a discharging firearm into a dwelling and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
Officers were forced to wait until Tuesday to serve the warrants while Taylor was in jail in Sumter County.
The incident report from 2015 says officers were called to Robinson and Campbell Street on reports of shots fired. Officers located the victims involved and identified a possible suspect in the shooting.
One bullet hit a home and a casing was collected behind a residence on Campbell Street, reports say.
Taylor is currently being held at the Darlington County Detention Center.
