DARLINGTON, SC (WBTW) – A burn ban has been put in place for all outdoor burning in Darlington County.
This ban goes into effect immediately and will last until further notice, the press release said.
Weather conditions like lack of rain, low humidity, and increased winds make outdoor burning very dangerous to manage.
Officials will continue to evaluate conditions for improvement and will notify the public as soon as the ban is lifted.
