MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – Four people have been charged in connection to an armed robbery at a Myrtle Beach motel.
Around 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday, officers were called to the Wayfarer Motel in reference to an armed robbery, according to a press release from the Myrtle Beach Police Department. Around 5:50 p.m., police identified a vehicle believed to be involved in the incident. The vehicle was located a short distance away and four people were taken into custody.
The following people were arrested:
- David Giovani Boseman, 23, of Rockingham, NC
- Dionte Donald Brown, 21, of Myrtle Beach
- Nadia Morgan Hickman, 21, of Conway
- Deonta Dumas, 17, of Rockingham, NC
All are charged with armed robbery, kidnapping, possession of weapon during a violent crime, and drug-related offenses, the release said. Additional charges are possible.
