LITTLE RIVER, SC (WBTW) – Two people are safe after they escaped a fire Friday morning in Little River.
Horry County Fire Rescue Battalion Chief Thomas Loeper says the fire occurred just after 2:30 a.m. Friday at a home on 405 Sandridge Road near Highway 9.
Loeper says most of the damage was to the back of the home, and no other homes or buildings were damaged.
Loeper adds crews from Myrtle Beach and Calabash Fire helped put the fire out.
