Students from all over the Pee Dee area competed in an annual academic challenge tournament, Saturday afternoon.
The finals were moderated by News13’s Bob Juback.
In the division one finals, Wilson High School of Florence took first place over Cheraw High School. The same teams met in the finals last year where Wilson won in that match-up as well.
In the division two finals, Latta High School won over Lake View High School, both schools are from Dillon County. This is a reversal of last year’s results where Lake View won over Latta.
