COLUMBIA, SC (WBTW) – A Powerball ticket sold in Kingstree for Saturday night’s drawing is worth $100,000.
The ticket was purchased at Sav-Way on N. Longstreet Street, according to lottery officials. The ticket holder increased their winnings from $50,000 to $100,000 when a “2” multiplier was selected after the ticket holder paid $1 for PowerPlay.
Saturday’s winning numbers were 13 – 17 – 25 – 36 – 40 Powerball: 5.
More than 17,700 players in South Carolina hold tickets for prizes from $4 up to $100,000. Players have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes.
The estimated jackpot for Wednesday night’s drawing is $348 million.
