The sunny, warm weather will continue into the weekend. High pressure off the Carolina coast will control our weather tomorrow and Saturday, bringing sunshine and afternoon temperatures in the 70s and 80s. Tonight will be mainly clear, and not as cool as the past few nights, with lows in the 50s. Plenty of sunshine tomorrow with high temperatures in the 80s away from the coast. Saturday will be another nice day with a few more clouds around ahead of a cold front that will move through Sunday night. Most of Sunday will be nice as well, but there will be a round of strong thunderstorms late in the day and at night, then much cooler weather on Monday. Highs Monday and Tuesday will be in the 60s before it warms up by the middle of next week.
