LAKE CITY, SC (WBTW) – The Florence County coroner’s office confirms the body discovered Tuesday afternoon under a bridge was that of a missing Lake City man.
Florence County Coroner Keith von Lutcken says the body of Darryl Alonzo Fulmore, 34, was located under the North Church Street bridge in Lake City. The coroner says an autopsy revealed Wednesday no evidence of trauma or foul play.
Lake City police reported Monday morning that Fulmore had been missing since the previous week but no other information was given regarding the circumstances of when and where he was last seen.
The manner and cause of death are pending until the coroner’s office complete “additional postmortem studies.”
