MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – Community and faith leaders in Myrtle Beach will host the Blessing of the Bikes Friday afternoon.
As bikers from along the east coast travel into Myrtle Beach, community leaders will pause for a short ceremony to offer a moment of prayer for the motorcyclists and other visitors to the city. The Blessing of the Bikes ceremony will be held Friday at 3 p.m. at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center Plaza, 2101 North Oak Street.
The event features prayers and scripture reading, which serves as a positive kick-off to the Atlantic Beach Memorial Day Bikefest event.
