Marion County deputies took two men into custody after a window was shot during a welfare check on Saturday. 

According to Captain Judith Barker, the deputies knocked on the front and back door but got no response. 

While on scene, deputies heard someone moving around in the mobile home so they knocked on the window. A male inside the home then grabbed the window blinds and yelled at the deputies to show him their badges. 

The officers identified themselves as Marion County deputies, the deputies then heard a gunshot and saw the window break. Shortly after, two male subjects exited the trailer and were detained. 

Captain Barker says Demetrius Teyon Davis, 31 of Marion was arrested and charged with two counts of Assault and Battery 1st Degree. (Pictured below)

Delamare Metrone Brown. 45 of Marion was arrested and charged with two counts of Assault and Battery 1st degree, and Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana and Possesion with Intent to Distribute Ecstasy. (Pictured below)

A large amount of marijuana, ecstasy and guns were seized during a search of the residence.
