A police report from North Myrtle Beach Public Safety says on September 4, 2012, an officer on patrol found a 23-year-old woman outside a business near 2109 Highway 17 South. The woman appeared confused and believed she was in Florida. The victim told police she had finished work early at Wet Willie’s, located in Broadway at the Beach, and went to Broadway Louie’s. She said she remembered having a mixed drink and a beer, singing karaoke, and getting into her vehicle, where she texted her roommate. The victim said she woke up by an unknown “piercing place” and wandered to the business “for help.”

The report also says the victim had one shoe on, pain on the back of her upper leg, scratches on her legs, a small cut on her nose and chest, small bruises on her left arm and left leg near the knee, and redness on her knuckles and between her thighs when the officer found her.
