As moisture moves back in to the Carolinas, rain chances will return to the forecast. High pressure has moved offshore and a stalled cold front is sitting to the north. While most places stayed dry on Sunday, rain chances will be slightly higher on Monday and Tuesday with the stalled front in the area. While temperatures will not be quite as hot on Monday, they will begin to warm again through the rest of the week and will be above average through Friday. A stronger cold front will arrive on Thursday and Friday increasing rain chances once again. The front is expected to pass through, cool temperatures to normal and dry us out a little bit for the weekend.
