A Myrtle Beach man was sentenced after pleading guilty to an armed robbery and assault at a liquor store.
A press release from the 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office says 29-year-old Vincent Rosenweig pleaded guilty to charges of armed robbery and assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature on Tuesday. Circuit Court Judge Larry B. Hyman sentenced Rosenweig to 10 years on each charge. Rosenweig’s sentences will run concurrently.
On August 22, 2017, Conway police were called to Stalvey’s Liquor store for an armed robbery and assault, according to the release. Rosenweig attempted to steal liquor from the store. When he was confronted by the store’s owners, a man and woman, Rosenweig pulled out a knife and cut both people. The woman was cut severely.
