One person is dead after an accident involving a motorcycle in Dillon County.
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol the crash happened on SC-57 around 6:10 Saturday night.
Dillon County Coroner Donnie Grimsley identified the man as Andrew Dunham, 62, of Hamer.
Dunham was on a Harley Davidson motorcycle traveling south in the Floydale community when he ran off the road and struck a tree. Dunham was not wearing a helmet and died on scene.
South Carolina Highway Patrol and the Dillon County Coroner’s Office are investigating.
