Myrtle Beach Fire Rescue will host a charity pancake breakfast with Santa.
The breakfast will be on Sunday, December 9 from 8 a.m. until noon at St. John the Baptists Greek Orthodox Church in Myrtle Beach, according to Lt. Jonathan Evans, with MBFR.
Donations will be accepted and all proceeds with be used to purchase Christmas gifts for children in the Myrtle Beach community.
The event will also have free photos with Santa.
“We just have a very concerned group of individuals in our department that saw the need to supplement what we are already kind of doing with the ‘Shop with a Hero Program’. And, this is just another way for us to give back to our community that we appreciate serving,” said Lt. Evans.
