FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) – One person is dead and another is injured after a crash Sunday afternoon.
According to The South Carolina Highway Patrol, it happened on I-95 at 2:40 p.m. An SUV traveling south went off the road, and the rear seat passenger was ejected from the vehicle.
That person died on scene. Florence County Coroner Keith von Lutcken identified the deceased as 24-year-old Danilo Dario of Edgewood Maryland.
The driver of the SUV was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.
