A Myrtle Beach night club has been shut down for being a public nuisance.  Club Levelz on 9th Avenue North, was the scene of deadly shooting on Feb. 15.

15th Circuit Solicitor Jimmy Richardson filed paperwork for an injunction to close the club, and Judge Benjamin Culberston ordered police tape placed over the entrances, a sign warning trespassers the entire premises is closed, and copies of the injunction posted on Thursday.

The court order closed the club for a period of one year, but after being served the owners of the club say they will close the club permanently, according to the order.

According to Myrtle Beach spokesperson Mark Kruea, the order has been posted.
