Deputies in eastern North Carolina need the public’s help to find a teen girl who has been missing 4 days.

Officials are looking for 17-year-old Samantha Renee Sullivan, who was last seen Monday in Craven County.

Samantha is described as a white female, about 5’5” tall, with shoulder-length blonde hair and hazel eyes.

Deputies say she has a large scar on her right forearm.

Sullivan was in in the custody of Pitt County Department of Social Services, but was placed in a temporary custody of a resident in Craven County when she vanished.
