MYRTLE BEACH – Reid Hardwick scored on a error in the top of the seventh inning to lift Conway past Myrtle Beach 3-2 Thursday.

The Tigers moved to 4-1 with the victory.

Conway led 2-0 for most of the game after scoring a pair of runs in the second inning. But Myrtle Beach struck for two in the bottom of the sixth to tie the game. The Tigers answered in the top of the seventh, when Blake Jordan hit a ground ball to second with two outs. The play could have ended the inning, but the ball was bobbled at second, allowing Hardwick to score the winning run.
