CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – The murder trial for Heather Elvis has been pushed back from it’s May court date.
According to Solicitor Jimmy Richardson, the motion to continue the trial was granted Tuesday. The case was set to begin May 11 on Conway.
The Horry County Solicitor’s office says nothing has changed for its case against the couple charged with murdering Heather Elvis after bond was set for their release in January.
Sidney and Tammy Moorer are charged with Elvis’ death.
Richardson said no new date for the trial has been set yet.
