Researchers at Nationwide Children’s Hospital found one in every ten samples of breast milk purchased over the internet contained added cow’s milk, which could pose a danger to infants. Doctors say many parents look for human milk online because their infants have an allergy or intolerance to cow’s milk. A previous study indicated more than 75-percent of samples also had bacterial or viral contamination. SOURCE – Pediatrics/MedDay/CBS

Although exercise is considered key to good health, a new study found fewer than half of U.S. doctors trained in 2013 received formal training on the subject.
