In honor of Nurse‘s Day, nurses at McLeod Medical Center in Florence wore all white to work Thursday.
There was also a ceremony announcing the registered nurse of the year.
Jessica Fowler, a Registered Nurse in the Heart and Vascular Unit, at McLeod Regional Medical Center, was named the Nurse of the Year for the hospital.
Fowler began her career with McLeod in 2005.
She received her nursing education from Florence-Darlington Technical College.
