FLORENCE, S.C. (WBTW) – On Mother’s Day people from all over the world shower their mothers with lots of love and gifts, like flowers and balloons.
One boutique in Florence was in a location Sunday specifically for those last minute shoppers wishing to buy their mothers a gift.
“I really enjoy doing it because I get to get the people that’s last minute. Sometimes people don’t feel like running into the store or whatever and they just run by and pick up something,” said boutique owner Linda Gamble.
A last minute shopper says she noticed the boutique while driving along the highway, so she turned around.
I was riding by and I saw this beautiful stand here and what caught me were the baskets. When I stopped at the light, I said “Oh my gosh”. I need to get my mom a basket. I’m running a little late on Mother’s Day,” Toni Boone.
