Cheese for two:

Ingredients

4oz Beer base (of your choice) by volume

2 Cloves Garlic, Chopped

1/4 Teaspoon Mustard powder

1/4 teaspoon Paprika

5 oz. of your favorite cheddar cheese, grated, by weight

5 grinds black pepper or to taste

4 dashes Worcestershire sauce

1.5 oz. of your favorite BBQ sauce

2 oz. shredded beef brisket

1 teaspoon diced fresh tomato

1 teaspoon chopped fresh scallions

Preparation

· Warm the Beer Base in a fondue pot.

· Add garlic, mustard powder and paprika and stir.

· Add 1/3 grated cheese and mix thoroughly with fork until melted.

· Add next 1/3 cheese and mix thoroughly.

· Add remaining 1/3 cheese and mix thoroughly with an up and down whipping motion to aerate and “fluff’ the cheese.

· Add black pepper and Worcestershire sauce and stir to combine.

· Add BBQ sauce and chopped brisket and fold into cheese.

· Garnish with diced tomato and chopped scallions.

Serve with day old breads cut into one inch pieces, baby carrots, cauliflower, broccoli and apples, sausage pieces or anything else you love with cheese! (pretzel bites rock!)
