A teen has been charged following a crash involving a Myrtle Beach Fire Department fire engine.

Cpl. Sonny Collins with the South Carolina Highway Patrol says the teen is charged with driving too fast for conditions after leaving the scene of the crash that happened Tuesday. Collins says the teen left the scene of the crash but turned himself in to authorities shortly after.

The teen has not been identified.

No one was hurt in the crash according to Lt. Jonathan Evans with the Myrtle Beach Fire Department.
