CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW) – Officials say a Conway man died after an accidental electrocution while at a construction site on Friday.
Horry County Deputy Coroner Tony Hendrick identifies the victim as 49-year-old Mark Anthony Perino. He worked for Quality Electric and was electrocuted while at the job site on Highway 57.
Hendrick says Perino was taken by ambulance to Sea Coast Medical Center in Little River where he was pronounced dead around 3:49pm.
