“Canoeing For Kids” hosted a day of canoeing for children at Lake Paul Wallace in Bennetsville.The non-profit organization offers free recreational outlet for disadvantaged children.
” But one thing we want them to do is understand that there are activities they can do as long as the environment is safe and that’s what our motto is safety first for our kids,” said John Bright, Program Coordinator Win Agency
Free services are provided to children’s homes, camps for unhealthy, physically and mentally challenged children and any other qualifying group. Adventures are catered to the individual group’s skills and/or limitations.
