Myrtle Beach SC (PRESS RELEASE) -Waccamaw Regional Council of Governments’ SHIP (State Health Insurance Program) will hold a Medicare Workshop for Prescription Drug Plans on August 5, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Socastee Library, 141 707-Connector Road, Myrtle Beach SC 29588.
This workshop is an overview of Medicare coverage under Parts B, C, and D, followed by a hands-on workshop for choosing a drug plan tailored to your specific needs. With over 35 drug plans offered in South Carolina, this annual review should be an essential part of financial planning for all Medicare participants.
Admission is free but due to limited space, registration is required. Attendees are also required to bring a complete list of their prescription medications, including legible name, dosage, and frequency. Please note that prescription drugs or their containers will not be allowed in the library for this training.
